The Chieftain Inn is situated on 10+ acres lending itself to cross-country
skiing. Break your own trail or use those that others have made. We are
within walking distance to over twenty-five kilometers of groomed cross-country
ski trails on Oak Hill, the Golf Course and Garipay Field in Hanover, New
Hampshire. Equipment rentals for skiing, skating, and other winter activities,
as well as group and private instruction is available in the Center based out
of the DOC House on Occom Pond, 2 miles from the Chieftain Inn.
